Overview
Financial Accountant Role for Listed PLC in Greater Manchester Our client are a listed PLC in the greater Manchester area. Due to a re-structure, they are looking for a newly qualified financial accountant to join the team Your new role To produce complete and accurate financial information in accordance with group. timetables and in compliance with both internal and external reporting requirements. To provide technical expertise and support the corporation tax compliance process, and all related tax planning and risk management. To manage the month end close process in accordance with group deadlines. Prepare monthly consolidated financial accounts under IFRS. Prepare quarterly consolidated financial accounts, and associated reports. Prepare annual statutory accounts for each of the entities, including consolidated accounts for external reporting requirements. To undertake as required, technical accounting research or related matters, as directed by external audits, or internal projects. To support the Reporting Manager. Commercial support when required. What you'll need to succeed You will need to be a qualified accountant, ideally newly qualified. What you'll get in return You will get a salary of up to £40,000 bonus benefits.
