TRANSFORMING CARE MANAGER HILLINGDON, LONDON SALARY £34,170 PER ANNUM Our client are a private company based in London who support people with complex mental health needs and learning disabilities. They support more than 1500 people in a diverse range of services across London. Our client give you the opportunity to work with incredible people, develop your career and support others to have a good life. They are seeking a Transforming Care Manager to support a young man, who until recently hasn’t had all of the opportunities to live life to its fullest. They have created a new team who will help achieve this. The role is to oversee and manage a 24 hour support team they have built to support the young man in his new house in Hillingdon. He has a good sense of humour and a lively energetic personality, to reconnect with the things he lives, as well as helping him discover new experiences in life. This is an exciting challenge for a Manager who is already skilled and experienced in supporting individuals with complex support needs, autism and behaviours of concern. You will have the right skills, values and resilience to ensure that everyone works together to make sure that he lives the life that he is entitled to. Working closely and meaningfully with his family is an integral part of this new venture and we are looking for someone who can build and maintain a trusted and reliable relationship with both him and his family.
