Are you sat indoors thinking about your next role? Would working for a UK leading tier 1 main contractor be something of interest? Then read on We're currently searching for a Project Manager to act as a lead on site for a new build £35m project in central London. This will be a temp to perm role and interviews will be conducted over the phone/facetime/skype in light of the current Covid-19 situation. Benefits: Attractive rates Ongoing freelance work with a temp to perm option availiable Opportunity to leading tier 1 main contractor The role: Management of sub contractors and trades Overseeing all H&S and QA on site Experience in working with construction programmes and highlighting delays Must be able to chair site meetings with design team and subcontractors Managing the overall build - specifically RC frame, structures and temporary works Ordering basic supplies to site Requirements: CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid and Temp works coordinator tickets Previously worked for a tier 1 main contractor Strong understanding of Excavations, temp works and groundworks packages Previously been a number 1 on site for minimum £15m schemes or a No.2 on £30m Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
