Overview
MMP Consultancy are currently recruiting for a Gas Supervisor to support one of our clients in East London. The Main duties for this role are the following: Carry out Day to day running of the domestic gas servicing, maintenance and repairs contract. Managing the domestic annual gas servicing to the borough's housing stock, repairs and also the planned replacement of domestic gas equipment including boilers and full central heating systems. Carrying out onsite inspections, including pre and post works. Liaising and managing the gas partner as necessary. Dealing with residents and resident complaints. Checking and agreeing estimates for works both using SORs and quoted works. What you will need: Our client requires you to have your own vehicle where you will be paid £0.45 per mile for any business-related mileage.
