As Managing Quantity Surveyor, your role will be responsible for the commercial function within a contact we hold with Grainger - you'll undertake overall accountability to increase value, reduce cost, drive profit and manage risk in a safe and ethical manner. In this exciting and varied position, you'll ensure the commercial wellbeing of the contract whilst identifying new commercial opportunities and driving growth across business activities. Based in London, with frequent travel throughout the south east your main duties will include managing team performance, value cost reconciliation, end life forecasting and contract reviews.
