Overview
My client is a high growth specialist servicing the retail sector, both across the UK and further afield into Europe, North Americas and the APAC region. A digital solutions firm in the true sense of the word they have an enviable portfolio of blue-chip clients & household named brands and with a reputation for quality, delivery & first class account & relationship management they can offer excellent long-term opportunities to any prospective hire. With 2020 well underway & a busy period ahead & exciting plans in place for the next 5 years they are now looking for hire a well-rounded Digital Account Manager / Digital Client Services Manager to join their high performing Client Services team. I am looking for candidates with a proven background in Account Management / Relationship Management / Client Services Management, specifically within the retail industry. Ideally this retail experience will be built around both in-store/high street clients as well as online/E-Commerce/ Digital - I am looking for genuine Omni-Channel experience if possible although candidates with just traditional in-store client retail experience or pure Online Retail experience will be considered so long as they have the commercial chops and Account / Relationship Management qualities. My client innnovates and uses technology advancements to help their clients performance in-store and online in a plethora of ways - you will be managing a number of key accounts in a proactive manner, building relationships & building intelligence about proposed projects/ initiatives that offer the opportunity for you to add value to customers, delivering projects in a timely fashion. This is a fast-paced agency style environment, fun & supportive with tight deadlines and a real client satisfaction (not profit) focus. Sales through service is the methodology here. A strong grasp of marketing / branding is imperative as a big focus of your role will be around digital asset creation & content creation for clients (which is all done 100% inhouse) as is the ability to manage projects, budgets, people and outcomes and ultimately deliver. Being commercially savvy & being able to identify opportunites is crucial for success in this role & I am looking for applications from bright & talented Client Services Managers, Account Managers etc. in the digital or in-store retail arena or potentially from Product or Project Managers in the retail space who are looking to segue into a new arena. This is an excellent role, working for a high growth market-leader that have a genuine niche & long-standing client relations & superb long-term prospects. the role is client facing so you can expect to visit customer HQ's in London on a regular basis so candidates must be happy with some travel.
