Overview
My client is a high-growth Retail/ECommerce firm with a super exciting set of plans for 2020 and beyond. With a traditional network of bricks sites they have continually innovated & invested in their multi-channel strategy/E-Commerce capability. Because of this, they are now looking to recruit for a Senior Project Manager to join their ranks. I am looking for technology focused Project Managers who have a proven track record in delivery within the PM area. Candidates need to be able to overturn roadblocks and create workarounds to problems on projects and have a solutions driven mindset. Candidates who have mananged and delivered succcessfully projects in either of the Digital, E-Commerce, Software / Application etc. space will be well regarded for this role. Managing concurrent projects & people with varying size and complexity will mean you must be highly adaptable and flexible and thrive under pressure. This is a role located in the office, especially at the start you need to be front and centre, building relationships, influencing stakeholders and impacting outcomes. My client is a well-established, profitable firm that has a strong brand but also on the digital/ecomm side operates in practice like a start-up (minimal process, outcomes not process focused) so candidates who enjoy both types of environment would be ideal. Typical projects slated or 2020 include Customer/User Experience (CX, UX, etc.) initiatives and implementations and on-going digital transformation. Any experience in the UX, CX space from a project management perspective would be well regarded. This is a high profile role and I am looking for a key individual to join the multi-channel team and drive these projects forward.
