Job Title:Account Executive Location:Blackburn Salary:£18,000 Are you experienced within Administration & Customer Service and looking for a new challenge? The Account Executive will provide support with managing systems, processes and resources to ensure effective delivery of client requirements. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to all areas of the business. Key Responsibilities of the Account Executive: Coordinate KPI's and management information Update internal functions on client development plans and changes Communicate with the operations and planning functions to ensure efficient and effective planning of activity and upcoming activities Assist the team to generate management reports to ensure client satisfaction Support opportunities to develop client accounts through the review of process and costs Produce client cost estimates in line with standard pricing structures Ensure client invoices are accurate and timely to maximise cash flow and revenue generation Carry out post promotional evaluations Brief finance of any new work for clients Obtain purchase orders from clients before work is completed and chase clients relating to aged debt The Successful Account Executive: Strong administrative skills within a fast-paced customer focused environment Highly organised with attention to detail Working knowledge of MS Office packages Commercially minded Communication skills, able to build relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure briefs are met Our client offers a full onboarding process, long term career potential and much more If you're looking for an Account Executive role, send your CV through to us.
