Scrub Nurse - Ophthalmic Hospital £30,000 - £40,000 East Grinstead Full Time Remit Compass Associates are excited to be working with a valued Client in the search for an Ophthalmic Nurse to join their successful market leading Ophthalmic organisation based in East Grinstead. This is an opportunity to work with renowned leaders within Ophthalmology in a recognised Centre of Excellence. This opportunity is based in East Sussex and will require occasional travel to the Surrey area and Central London. About you This role would be well suited to an experienced Ophthalmic Scrub Nurse who is passionate to work with leaders within Ophthalmology. We are looking for a hard worker with ambition to provide outstanding high quality care, along with a five star patient experience. Reporting directly into the Theatre Manager, you will work along side the other clinical team members and be pivotal in ensuring patient safety and clinical excellence. You will have a background in Ophthalmic's as a Scrub Nurse and be competent with most procedures, training can be provided on any procedures that you might be less familiar with. We are looking for a highly skilled and flexible individual, coming with either an RGN or ODP qualification and either a registration with the NMC or HCPC. You must be open minded and willing to learn new and pioneering surgeries and services that are unique to my client.
