Due to expansion across several key vertical markets, the firm is currently seeking a Legal Project Manager to drive a first-class client service across scoping, planning, review and delivery of legal matters. Key responsibilities include: •Providing dedicated legal project management support to lawyers & ensuring matter delivery is efficient & effective •Implementing, developing & embedding legal project management tools & processes on matters throughout key workstreams •Assisting with pitches & client presentations •Meeting senior stakeholders to scope matter, create financial agreements, assist with resourcing & identify technology for use •Assisting with matter planning comprising client requirements, team briefing meetings & ensuring third parties are engaged •Managing the matter lifecycle, providing guidance on scope, financials, planning, resourcing & value-added considerations •Monitoring a matter throughout its cycle and including the timely conducting of a matter debrief •Providing legal matter training to implement a consistent corporate-wide approach As an experienced Legal Project Manager or Co-ordinator with strong academics and ideally, a recognised Project Management qualification including PRINCE 2, AMP or PMP, you will have a background working in the Legal or Professional Services sector. The role demands a proactive, outgoing team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to challenge the status quo. A track record of advising, influencing and supporting key stakeholders and/or clients is prerequisite to the success of the opportunity.
