Overview
HR Advisor - London Reporting directly into an inspiring HR Director you will assist with the set up of the whole HR function, a fantastic chance to see the immediate impacts of the set up of HR processes and procedures. An ever growing firm who have recently acquired another new business, within this FS firm no two days are ever the same The role of HR Advisor: Your role initially will have a focus on dealing with current ER issues and guiding Managers through the process. Following this, you will be responsible for assisting with the roll out of an employment engagement survey, implementing HR policies and assisting with the set up of the HR function. The ideal HR Advisor: This role is most suited to someone with extensive ER experience, you must be able to run and lead on multiple cases independently. This role has the potential to develop and become more of a HRBP role in the future. Due to my client being an FS business they would prefer candidates from the private sector only.
