Victim Support in Avon and Somerset are recruiting for a full time Service Delivery Manager / Caseworker. Victim Support (VS) is an independent charity for people affected by crime in England and Wales. We work towards a world where people affected by crime or traumatic events get the support they need and respect they deserve. We are recruiting for a full time (37.5 hours) Service Delivery Manager and Caseworker hybrid role. The successful candidate will support a caseload of clients to cope with, process and recover from the impact of crime. They will manage a team of volunteers also working with people affected by crime and will work with colleagues to develop and maintain the high quality service across Avon and Somerset This is a dynamic and varied role best suited to someone with strong organisational skills who is able to work flexibly and dynamically with colleagues and volunteers to provide high quality support to people affected by crime.
