Helpdesk Support £23,000- £26,000 London/North London The role Fancy exposing yourself to a range of technologies working for an MSP providing services from Software and Hardware management within the education sector? We have an opportunity for you at a well-established MSP in North London who has been running for 28 years. Key duties The ideal candidate will need to have a hand on and enthusiastic attitude, looking to develop their IT skills. The role will include support of full Microsoft Office Suite (all versions, including Office 365), basic network troubleshooting (Wired and Wi-Fi) and general support. The role will also involve entering and updating support tickets in the helpdesk system, as well as updating customers by telephone of the status of their support tickets. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with PCs as there will be some occasional PC repair and upgrades. Server experience is also required as the candidate will be required to monitor customer servers for problems (checking backups ran successfully, disk space, anti-virus definitions, etc.) Skills required Office 365 Windows 10 Active Directory Server Maintenance PC maintenance Support tickets and helpdesk Network troubleshooting Company overview Our client is a Managed Service Provider, based in North London for 28 years.
