Overview
Operating out of modern commercial offices in the heart of Liverpool city centre, this international litigation specialist law firm is now seeking to appoint an experienced and passionate clinical negligence solicitor to work within its dedicated and fast-paced department. The team is made up of some vastly experienced clinical negligence specialists - both qualified and non-qualified fee earners - who deal with a varied caseload of product liability matters (including trans vaginal mesh, hormone implants, HPT, and medicines etc), acting on behalf of individuals against some of the leading health corporations and manufacturers in the world. You will be a qualified solicitor (2 years' PQE) with a demonstrable background in clinical negligence and strong experience in handling litigated and technically complex cases from instruction through to completion. The close-knit team has plans to expand further in the coming years and offers huge, genuine opportunity to progress for the successful clinical negligence solicitor.
