Overview

Becoming Senior Resource Planning Analyst with Capita EMS: Working in Capita EMS you will hold lead responsibility within the Resource Planning team to ensure all aspects of the forecasting, scheduling and real time management processes are delivered on time and to a high standard across telephony, back office and field operations. You will also take ownership of the Capacity Planning and FTE tracking processes to provide strategic information and recommendations to the senior management team in the medium and long term to drive performance, deliver SLAs and CDIs and minimise service risk What you'll be doing: Ownership, maintenance and development of EMS capacity plans and their usage Ownership, maintenance and development of the EMS Establishment Tracker tool Derive strategic information and recommendations and deliver to the operational managers to support key decisions Use business modelling principles to support resource planning requirements from Programme, Business Change and other project working groups and support implementation and delivery To present data and information in a clear and concise, but informative and directional format To be able to communicate to colleagues and stakeholders at all levels and influence outcomes to deliver performance objectives or required outcomes To build strong relationships between the Resource Planning team, the operational teams and all other contacts To support delivery of general RP activities working closely with other members of the Resource Planning Team To support in the development of skills and experience across the Resource Planning Team and EMS What we're looking for: Previous Resource Planning experience Experience of forecasting/scheduling/Real Time Stakeholder engagement Strong Excel skills 'Can do' attitude Flexibility / Adaptability About Capita EMS At the Electronic Monitoring Service (EMS), we're keeping the public safe.
