Overview

My fantastic client based in Gloucester are a leading provider of technology-driven, communication services serving international companies in a variety of industries. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting with the end to end payroll process for multiple countries and auditing the final payroll reports against available data sources, ensuring that this is completed in a timely and accurate manner and in accordance to specific legal requirements. Responsibilities/Duties; -Ensure payrolls are processed accurately and on time while adhering to corporate and departmental policies and procedures. -Prepare the payroll inputs and do the first level review of the output received from the payroll vendor -Work as an assigned back up for payroll team members and run the EMEA payrolls in the absence of the other team members if necessary. -Ensure all pre-payroll related activities, including sharing payroll calendar, making stakeholders aware of the cut off dates, receiving payroll inputs and any other processing activities are completed on time. -Process new starters, leavers and any changes into the payroll system in a timely manner. -Review and process employee absences, calculation of paid and/or unpaid leave and processing of statutory leave payments in line with specific countries and companies policies. -Processing leavers to include the calculation of final salary, holiday pay, notice pay and termination of relevant benefits in line with specific countries and company policies. -Assist with sorting of pay slips in a timely and accurate manner. -Respond, maintain, and disburse all types of statutory and non-statutory payments in a timely and accurate manner ensuring adherence to country and statutory laws as well as internal procedures. -Ensure all post-payroll activities including availability of pay and tax and/or social charge submissions -to statutory and local government bodies are completed on time. -Administer, review and maintain company pension schemes adhering to country legislation. -Verify applicable payroll reports and employee overtime reports are in order to ensure that employee salary payments coincide with the number of hours worked. Candidate Attributes; -Previous payroll experience is essential -Fully IT literate -Experience working with a multi-site organisation -Flexible approach to working, able to work under pressure -Highly organised, with the ability to manage own time and prioritise workload -Excellent attention to detail Hours -Monday to Friday 40hours per week Salary- Up to £26,000
