Overview
CRM Project Manager: Founded in 1891, Dogs Trust is the largest dog welfare charity in the UK with a nationwide network of rehoming centres and charity shops. Last year, Dogs Trust centres cared for over 15,000 dogs; we never put a healthy dog down. To help continue this good work an adaptable Project Manager with experience in successfully delivering IT based business transformation projects and change activities, with a strong focus on Salesforce or comparable CRM, is required to work as part of our IT department to provide cradle to grave management of transformation initiatives. As part of this dynamic role the successful candidate will be required to work closely with architects, technical teams, functional analysts and stakeholders to lead a strategic Salesforce implementation programme designed to provide the platform for further organisational success. Skills & Experience Proven experience in delivering transformation projects on time, on budget and to a high quality from configuration, through to testing, implementation and support phases Experience of working with migration of legacy technologies Experience of developing and maintaining business requirements documents and technical design specification documents Exemplary communication skills Able to build solid relationships and successfully influence key stakeholders regarding the Salesforce project, technology, and functionality Ideally have a degree in Information Technology or Business with significant IT experience gained in complex environments implementing and supporting CRM & customer-facing solutions Previous Salesforce.org or Salesforce.com experience is highly desirable In return for your hard work and commitment you'll have the opportunity to work with a team of highly professional and driven colleagues in a brilliant upbeat and collaborative environment, all with a genuine passion for dog welfare.
