Overview
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Third Party Claims Team Leader to be responsible for limiting our indemnity spend by working with their team to monitor hire durations and the cost of hires and repairs. Making commercial decisions to protect our spend and resolve claims quickly and cost effectively will be something you do on a daily basis, so you need to have a good head for numbers and a good grasp of the technical elements of a claim. You role remit will include; Ensure that your team achieves all quality and customer outcomes, as agreed with your line manager Embedding a coaching and performance management culture within your team, also creating the time, space and confidence for your team to go above and beyond for customers To delight customers in each and every interaction You will grow yourself so that you grow the skills and capabilities in each of your team members To ensure that the operational goals of your department are met, with an oversight of customer delivery metrics and colleagues adherence to plan Reduction of inbound contact by delivering an effective case management strategy Improvement of net promoter scores across all aspects of claim journey You will have shared accountability for reduction in hire duration and indemnity spend reduction across the function.
