Overview

HR Manager Central London - £40,000-£45,000 We are looking for an experienced and motivated HR Manager to provide expert support and advice at a Retail organisation in Central London. This is a great opportunity for a real generalist with expertise in multiple HR disciplines, to join the organisation and play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of the HR function. You will be responsible for: All day-to-day HR related activities Management of employee relations case work - support operations team Recruitment - Employee Onboarding and Talent Management Performance Management - effectively manage performance management and development system Reward/Benefits management and administration L&D - Training and Employee E-Learning platforms Development of company policies We are looking for the following experience: Previous experience as an HR Manager- strong knowledge and understanding of all HR disciplines Retail/Hospitality industry experience required (Ideally 3 years) Knowledge of HRIS Strong understanding of UK employment law CIPD qualified Strong communication and relationship building skills IT Skills - Microsoft Office and Database Management What the company can offer: Opportunity to grow with the brand in a supportive and innovative environment Salary of up to £45k Company benefits Pension scheme
