Overview
A technically strong and commercially minded Management Accountant is required on a permanent basis to join a leading business services organisation based in Portsmouth. The successful Management Accountant will be offered flexible working hours, 30 days holiday (plus 8 bank holidays) and a 7% pension contribution. The successful applicant will be fully qualified (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) with a strong core management accounting background and demonstrable experience supporting non-finance stakeholders. Due to the nature of the role, strong interpersonal skills are essential to be considered. Reporting to the Financial Controller you will be responsible for the following: Provision of financial support to divisional directors Ensuring financial control of the division and ensuring internal controls are adhered to Production of monthly / quarterly budgets Cashflow forecasting Production of monthly management accounts & commentary Monthly reviews with team Variance analysis Financial analysis around headcount and overhead costs What you'll need to succeed: Qualified - ACA / ACCA / CIMA Worked in the following roles: Management Accountant / Finance Business Partner / Finance Lead / Commercial Accountant / Finance Manager / Finance Analyst Strong interpersonal and stake holder management What you will get: 30 days holiday 8 bank Flexible working hours 7% Pension contribution Free parking Death in service If you are interested in applying to this Management Accountant role, please apply today.
