Your Role The role of our income team is to work closely to proactively manage our rent accounts and maximise the income for our housing schemes and properties. Part of the role will include attending rent surgeries at our sheltered housing schemes, representing C&C at Court hearings and attending evictions. C&C is committed to developing your housing management, administration, finance and IT skills to the full to assist our Finance and Housing departments in managing the income and rent arrears for our properties. We are looking for people with experience of working as a Rent Collection/Income Officer for a Housing Association or Local Authority. You should have in-depth knowledge of Housing Law including court possession proceedings and Welfare Benefits. We will provide the training you need in our housing management systems and processes.
