Overview
We are currently searching for an experienced IT Project Manager to deliver technical solutions to support the success of a Global Websites Program. The client is a leading provider of international schools operating globally. Functional expertise of the Solution Architect: Develop, maintain, and support Global Websites technical solutions through their lifecycle, such as but not limited to: Sitecore platform Salesforce CRM integration Change activities in upstream and downstream applications Overall accountability for technical solution delivery Proactively manages client communications and expectations to ensure client satisfaction in partnership with development team Creates and maintains detailed project plans Collaborates with development team and client stakeholders to creatively solve problems and brainstorm solutions Ensures the use of best practices and applies lessons learned from previous projects; shares findings with other project management team members Project reporting and budget tracking Have a "technical" mindset in terms of business analysis and can review and understand technical documents Qualifications/Training Graduated in Software Engineering/Application Development or related disciplines. Relevant Application development/maintenance training. Recognized Project Management certification (e.g., Agile, PMP, PRINCE2) Experience / Knowledge Application development/maintenance IT project management Excellent in Vendors management Experience in business analysis and understanding of core business processes. Experience in business IT audits and controls (e.g., SOX, PCI, FERPA) Experience in managing integration projects Skills Excellent quantitative and analytical skills. Strong technological skills and ability to learn task-management software such as Jira, Microsoft Project, or an equivalent Good understanding of business processes.
