Overview
Financial Services Administrator - this highly successful and established Financial Services provider / IFA based in central Tunbridge Wells require an experienced Administrator to join their busy and friendly team. Specialising in Investments, Pensions and Retirement planning, previous experience within Financial Services or an IFA is ideal for this role. To provide administration services to new and existing clients To process new business in accordance with the firm’s administration procedures To process day-to-day administration matters for new and existing clients in accordance with the firm’s procedures To deal with and bring to a satisfactory conclusion administrative queries arising from new and existing client business Skills and Knowledge Required Understanding of Regulatory framework Knowledge of different types of policies and options with previous experience working for an IFA is an advantage Understanding of information and documentation required to process new business, claims and amendments to existing policies and investments Keyboard and computer skills, particularly Word, Outlook & Excel Communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with colleagues, clients and companies Letter writing skills and information presentation Financial Planning qualifications are an advantage Knowledge of Adviser Office, FE Analytics and Defaqto would be an advantage.
