Overview
Supervising Social Worker - IFA NonStop Care are working with a highly reputable Independent Fostering Agency as they recruit for a Supervising Social Worker in Kent. As a Supervising Social Worker, you will hold a small case load of Foster Carers. You will provide ongoing support and supervision to foster carers. You will attend Fostering Panel and present Form F Assessments. The Team is made up of experienced Social Workers and Manager who achieved 'Good' in their most recent OFSTED Inspection and will aim for Outstanding in their next. The Registered Fostering Manager actively encourage career development, progression and training to ensure Social Workers reach their full potential. To be considered you must have: Recognised Social Work Qualification Previously worked as a Qualified Social Worker ins a Fostering Team/Fostering Agency Hold full UK driving licence and have own vehicle access This is an excellent opportunity for an Qualified Social Worker with a background in family placement to join a stable, child centred organisation that offers ongoing training and development to staff.
