Overview
Deputy Fostering Manager - IFA An Independent Fostering Agency is looking Deputy Fostering Manager to join a IFA in North Kent on a permanent basis. The Agency received 'Good' across all areas in their recent OFSTED and also take a therapeutic approach to supporting foster carers. They has a warm, family feel with about 55 fostering household but are still well established having been running for over 15 years. As Deputy Manager you will support the Registered Manager in the day to day running of the agency while also holding a reduced case load of foster carers. To be considered you will be a Qualified Social Worker with at least 3 years experience in a Fostering Agency/Team. You will have had some experience of either managing or providing support to a Social Work Team.
