Overview
At Adapt Recruit, we are currently looking for caring and enthusiastic individuals for a Nursing Home based in New Milton area. The position is a full time permanent role supporting elderly service users with Dementia. The role will include helping service users with daily living tasks, personal care, attending activities and appointments. Requirements: Genuine interest in working within a caring environment Ability to communicate effectively at all levels Team player Willingness to participate in training programmes Satisfactory pre employment checks Main Responsibilities: Ensure the highest possible levels of care are maintained by supporting clients when required with personal care and all other aspects of daily living assist clients in all aspects of their care needs provide attention when needed whilst ensuring clients train their comfort and dignity closely monitor clients who may be confused and / or who have behavioural difficulties assist in the promotion of confidence ensure full privacy and dignity of clients is maintained at all time, in line with companies policies and procedures Clean and maintain equipment used by clients
