Overview

An immediate exciting opportunity has arisen for an interim Junior HR Business Partner to join a global Bank based in the City of London You will be supporting with performance management, employee relations, recruitment, policy development, organisational development, change management initiatives and guidance on remuneration to departments. Responsibilities include: Collaborating with the L&D team to manage emerging talent across the Bank Working closely with line managers to develop recruitment strategies Taking ownership of employee relations Supporting the Senior Business HR Partners with organisational design and change management Partner with the reward team in reviewing salary bench-marking Reviewing HR policies and procedures are kept up to date General ad hoc HR support The successful candidate would ideally have: HR experience within financial services or professional service environment Demonstrate strong organisational and prioritisation skills Problem solver with good attention to detail This position will be ideal for someone who has a good awareness of key trends in the HR market. You must have the ability to work under pressure and have a positive attitude.
