Overview

An Investment Bank based in The City is hiring for Float Team Assistant on temporary ongoing bases (up to 6 months with the possibility to be extended). This role will be an excellent opportunity to get to know different teams and build a network within the investment banking division. This role will be busy, fast-paced and at times demanding to work towards set deadlines, often with last-minute changes. Responsibilities Arranging extensive international travel Managing diary and inbox Processing expenses Scheduling meetings, conference calls and client dinners General administration support to the wider team. This Float Team Assistant role would suit a candidate with excellent attention to detail, able to prioritise their workload.
