Do you have a passion and a real skill for acting as the hub of a small firm? Are you an accomplished EA / Office Manager with experience of operating in an international environment with some exposure to EA / Office Management duties? We are representing a successful asset management firm situated in the heart of the West End - close-knit team of 45, excellent work/life balance and rewarding, varied role. Involved role, supporting the COO and CFO with every detail of running the office. In this small role, there will also be a chance to help with operations in HR and client services. You will also be instrumental in such things as budget support, vendor management, board meeting preparation and everything else associated with office management and EA to COO/CFO work. You will also line manage the one Receptionist, whom you will work closely with. The team are keen to find someone who is comfortable operating in a very hands-on manner with a 'no job too big or too small' approach - in time, there will be the chance to take up specific projects. Another exciting element is the 2020 office move - experience in this area would be valuable, but is not essential. This is the perfect role for someone who loves to put themselves at the heart and centre of a busy and successful operation.
