Team Administrator £23-27K bonus 26 days holiday, onsite gym and doctor, dental cover etc 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday 12 month fixed term contract Global elite / magic circle law firm City, EC4 Client facing experience essential Team Administrator - role overview: This global elite law firm is looking to hire an enthusiastic Team Administrator to provide admin support to their busy London office. This contract involves client liaison and building strong relationships with fee earners, PAs and EAs across the group. No legal experience is required but a strong understanding of providing exemplary client service is required so previous client-facing experience, ideally within a professional services environment would be very advantageous. This Team Administrator position is based on a 12 month fixed term contract basis. Although there are no guarantees of a permanent job, for the right person there is a possibility of securing a more senior permanent position at the end of the contract if there is a vacancy available This outstanding Admin opportunity will enable you to demonstrate your strong communication and organisational talents as you’ll be expected to use your own initiative, highlight any issues and suggest potential solutions. Amazing benefits, perks and working conditions on offer Team Administrator - key requirements: Solid academic background – minimum 5 GCSEs (A-C) to include English and Maths Previous experience within a client-facing, professional services environment Accurate copy and audio typing minimum 40 wpm Basic Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organisational skills Meticulous attention to detail and process-driven approach Ability to work quickly in a pressured environment Strong team player Adaptable approach Team Administrator - key responsibilities: Building strong relationships with fee earners, PAs and EAs Liaising with clients Printing, scanning, copying Assisting with training Involvement with Business Development Supporting Finance department with administration Arranging meetings and conference calls Assisting with organising events Arranging taxis and couriers Answering calls and taking detailed, accurate messages Maintaining filing, e-filing and archiving including file retrieval Providing cover for EAs and PAs as required Due to the high volume of applicants, Office Collective can only respond to successful candidates.
