Overview

HR Business Partner City of London 12 Month FTC £310 per day I have a fantastic opportunity for a switched-on, experienced HR Business Partner to serve as integral member of the HRBP team, reporting to two HR Leaders within a City based Consultancy firm. The role will have a strong focus on the analytics to all for insightful data driven decisions and allow the HRBP team to continuously assess and anticipate business needs working to develop effective HR strategies and solutions. WHAT YOU’LL DO Typical duties within this role include: Provide key support to business leaders and other senior colleagues in all talent management activities activities including performance management, engagement, career development and diversity and inclusion activities Manage the execution of the business and HR plans Assist with the development and execution of a talent management strategy to support employee engagement e.g. assess training needs, provide guidance through talent review and succession planning process Answer key strategic questions using workforce analytics Integrate findings and translate complex analytic insights into tangible, actionable insights Prepare presentations on strategic analysis, findings and recommendations for HR and business management Manage employee relations issues Facilitate the change management process by ensuring employees understanding Build strong relationships with HR peers HR project management for HR Development and Talent Management Reviews, etc. Be an integral Operations business leadership group, providing advice and consultation on people-related issues Implement performance management processes, salary review and year-end process Support employee engagement Advise leadership on how to administer budget WHO YOU ARE Degree in Human Resources, Business or related studies. Master’s degree preferred but not essential. 5 years of progressive HR experience Strong analytical skills Proficient in Compensation & Total Rewards Experience with effective change management Ability to develop strong relationships and influence key stakeholders Calm under pressure Ability to execute strategic decision-making in high pressure situations Experience using workforce analytics Strong communication and interpersonal skills at all levels of an organisation If you are interested in the above role, please apply
