Legal PA - Life Sciences - 6 month Contract - £43k per annum
Overview
An experienced legal PA is sought to join a growing UK office of an international law firm to work within their high profile life sciences team The team are really busy and the PAs work really well together So they need someone who is as equally friendly, supportive and hard working They have new fee earners joining in the next few months so you'll be up for the challenge of helping them settle and support them with their business development You will have experience of working in a City law firm at Partner level and your day to day duties will include: diary management email management Business development including event management, researching PowerPoint manging travel arrangements overseeing document creation and amendments supporting the wider team with PA support when needed managing the billing process for fee earners and clients This is a great time to join the firm as they are really going places and this their trail blazing team This is an initial 6 month contract.
