Overview
Role: Senior Business Analyst Location: Warrington Salary: £50-55k plus car allowance FJR Technology is currently recruiting a Senior Business Analysts on behalf of a Warrington based Fintech organisation. Reporting to the Head of Change Delivery the successful Business Analyst will lead a team of BA's, taking responsibility to ensure an effective process and support framework is in place. You will be expected to: - Drive strategic thinking - Provide clarity and understanding of change - Lead and motivate a team - Ensure backlogs are effectively managed As well as being an excellent communicator with fantastic stakeholder engagement you will be familiar with a range of business & technical solutions (operating in both Agile and non-Agile environments) and will embrace the challenge of a rapidly changing environment. Skills/Experience - Previous experience leading a team of BA's across multiple projects & new development - Experience using software delivery tools such as: Jira, Confluence, Pivotal Tracker, Trello etc. - Experience of planning, providing resource allocation and prioritisation - Experience working in a technology-led business - Leading discovery or initial requirement gathering up to £1m Benefits - 25 days holiday 8 days Bank Holiday - Up to 30% bonus - Up to 14% Pension - Life Assurance - Medical Insurance If you're looking for a new challenge and are looking for a position where you can put own footprint down whilst making a genuine contribution towards the business's growth then this could be the role for you.
