Overview
This Head of Proposals role sits within a leading Accountancy firm with offices in 157 countries. The firm helps organisations and individuals create the value they are seeking, by delivering quality in assurance, tax and advisory services. The Head of Proposals will hold extensive proposal leadership and pipeline management experience. You will have led high-performing proposal teams in a complex service environment, as well as assured background in management and coaching. The successful candidate will take leadership of the Audit Proposals & Pipeline team to ensure that best practice qualification, bid management and Pursuit coaching is delivered across Audit. You will oversee close alignment of the Audit Pursuit Strategy Lead, Market Leaders and Business Unit Leaders, to ensure that bid resource is deployed across the UK Audit bid priorities. Experience within a similar Head of Proposals role within the Professional Services would be desirable, and help ensure that success is achieved within this role.
