Become the new Insight Analyst for this Macclesfield based business As the Insight Analyst, you would play a fundamental role in the growth of the business using data and insights to drive the business forward. You would be joining a talented team with a pleasant culture where you are rewarded for your hard work; these include internal awards, staff socials, excellent healthcare benefits, and discounted holidays and breaks Main Roles and Responsibilities of the Insight Analyst: Analyse performance across the business and find areas for improvements Extract insightful findings from analysis to improve customer experience and drive commercial growth Manage and lead product and operational teams to success Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders in the business Produce didactic reports and dashboards that re relevant to the business Work with the Head of Analytics to sculpt a data-driven and experimental culture Work towards transitioning into automated reporting Design and create data-led experiments to drive business growth The Ideal Candidate: Scrupulous in all analysis Excellent grasp of all aspects of data and analytics Proficient with Microsoft Excel Excellent working knowledge of SQL, and R or Python Highly interpersonal and able to communicate in a clear and concise manner Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in data and analytics Able to make recommendations based on complex datasets Experience in Tableau is desirable
