Working primarily on Property claims, you’ll be allocated a client portfolio and will be responsible for handling all losses, from first advice to conclusion, offering an exceptional claims service to your clients throughout the life-cycle of each claim. You will regularly liaise with clients, insurers and loss adjusters, to ensure that each claim progresses as efficiently as possible, avoiding any procrastination in the chain at all times. Working closely with your client portfolio, you will assist them with the substantiation of the claim from the very outset, and will ask the insurers questions before they have even done so. With the clients’ best interests at heart and expedient settlement at the forefront, you will maintain an efficient and effective diary system at all times to achieve these goals. With a passion for client service and a thirst for knowledge, you’ll ideally have a minimum of 2 years’ claims experience and be able to demonstrate an impressive level of academic achievement. Additionally, with a wealth of support from your new employer, you will be driven to embark upon professional qualifications, attaining Cert CII as a minimum.
