Property Solicitor – Full or Part time Nelson Chambers is working with a boutique firm based in Colchester. They are currently looking for a Property Solicitor who is looking to fast track into Partnership. You’ll be working on existing files with the opportunity to business develop and grow your own network. Key duties: Leasehold matters Freehold matters Shared Ownership Deeds of Variation Business leases Portfolio sales & purchases The firm are offering administration support, the opportunity for flexible working hours and progression into Partnership. My client is looking for a Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE in both residential and commercial property.
