Lead Semiconductor Process Development Engineer
Overview
Our Client is an established supplier for the semiconductor industry, focussing within niche, low volume bespoke sensor products. Using state of the art manufacturing capabilities and working alongside and in collaboration with experienced Process Engineers, the successful candidate will help who are experiencing a steady growth in revenue and projects over recent years. Due to the increasing number of incoming projects, there is an opportunity for an experienced Process Development Engineer to join our client. The ideal candidate should be versatile, familiar with the various stages of Semiconductor production and able to work well with an interdisciplinary team. The position requires an understanding of NPD, process flows and overseeing batches as they move through production and process development. The Lead Development Engineer will need to be a confident individual with good communication and people skills. The success of the role will require working closely with technicians, production engineers, development engineering teams at various stages of manufacture. Depending on experience, there is scope for higher-level involvement in the initial design of process flows and device cross-sections, liaising with customers to ensure their criteria are met, providing technical input for relevant queries.
