Job description: Commercial Contracts specialist sought by one our global engineering clients. Based East Scotland, commutable from Glasgow, Kilmarnock, Prestwick, Ayrshire You will provide advice on commercial contracts and compliance issues providing creative solutions and ensuring policies and regulatory standards are met A broad spread of commercial contracts work including maintenance agreements, licensing agreements, service agreements, NDA’s, procurement contracts and sales agreements. Conduct contract negotiations and manage customer contracting activities, driving efficiencies and creating an innovative, proactive approach to problem solving Provide compliance support across IP, Health & Safety, Ethics and International Trade You will work closely with internal teams across sales, procurement, business development, legal and technical teams. The ideal candidate will: Have a UK or EU law degree Have experience of contract management within engineering, manufacturing or aerospace Be comfortable with external customer facing negotiations Have strong communication skills Be willing to travel both within the UK and Internationally Salary on offer c.50-55k pa plus benefits
