Salesforce Analyst Leicester Permanent (Full-Time) 25,000 - 35,000 (Neg) Benefits Salesforce Analyst needed for a permanent career opportunity based in Leicester . Key skills, experience responsibilities will include: Advanced Salesforce CRM, MS Excel (vlookups, sumif) MS Office expertise. Strong data / MI analysis, problem-solving strong attention to detail. Experience of working within a Sales / Business Development team preferred. Producing quantitative analysis, metrics, data visualisation reporting dashboards to support the sales process. Creating Sales Analytics reporting dashboards to provide insights that support decision-making for the sales management team. Driving process improvement via best practice use of Salesforce CRM workflow. Salesforce systems administration setup, configuration user training. Processing sales orders and supporting the sales team with planning and operational tasks. Data cleansing / maintenance to improve data quality and accuracy. Supporting the Sales Operations Manager and sales process through process improvement, system enhancements best practice use of Salesforce CRM data.
