Senior Care Assistant – Timperley, Altrincham WA15 – Permanent - £9.00hr We are looking for a Senior Support Worker (36 Hours on days or nights) We are looking for staff on days and/or nights at present. Based in Woodbridge you will be joining a fantastic group of homes, whose person-centred approach to care relies on the dedication and passion of our employees, who we expect to go the extra mile to improve the home experience and generate a relaxed and informal community within our homes. The home is a stunning large, modern nursing home and you will be tasked with assisting with the resident’s care plan, supervising the caring team, delivering the highest standards of personalised care to residents. Ensure that at all times residents are treated with respect and dignity, and that individual’s rights to privacy, dignity, independence and choice are met. Key Responsibilities To provide the highest level of personal care and attention to residents, following individual care plans carefully and ensuring that all contact is polite, friendly, warm and supportive. To supervise the Care Team, ensuring that their responsibilities are carried out in full (as defined in the training manual).
