Male Outreach Support Worker - Part-Time - Shirley, Southampton, Hampshire - £9.04 per hour Voyage Care are currently looking to recruit a Male Outreach Support Worker into our Outreach team in Shirley, Southampton, Hampshire. As an Outreach Support Worker with Voyage Care you will be working with people who have varying degrees of learning disabilities and mental health needs. You will be promoting independence and supporting them to lead a life that is as fulfilling as possible by enabling them to participate in social based activities and day to day tasks. As an Outreach Support Worker you will be working directly with one person we support in their family home. You will be working closely with the person we support and their family to build trust and confidence and assist the person we support to access the community. This is a part-time role, offering 18 hours per week. The current shifts that you will be working are: 10:30 am - 14:00 pm - Monday to Thursday and 10:30 am - 14:30 pm Friday. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS THE AVAILABLE SHIFT PATTERN AS IT STANDS CURRENTLY. This is a shift based role that can include working on weekends and bank holidays so flexibility is essential.
