PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: IT Business Solutions Developer – Wimbledon – South London Introduction This role will be providing the business with improvements to our existing portfolio of OutSystems applications as well as new solutions on the same platform. Responsibilities: Working with members of our existing team, identify and capture business process that can be improved through existing or new solutions and create solution proposals Create specifications for system changes and coordinating with internal development, International IT or external solutions providers on their implementation Develop solutions using approved frameworks / toolsets as necessary to enhance OutSystems landscape Ensure that those using the solutions provided have the necessary skill levels Applying, integrating and complying with, the international standards Coordinating between the technical team / technical equipment department / operations and other departments within the country Skills Required: Technically minded with previous experience or understanding of OutSystems C# and 'UX / UI experience preferable Good knowledge of secure coding principles and architecture design Experience with MS Office Application Suite Problem solving mind set and being able to qualify, investigate and attempts to resolve issues Strong communication skills and providing a great service Keen eye for detail Strong ownership of tasks with the ability to understand points of escalation Identifying and correlating independent incidents to understand potential root causes Able to work as part of a team and support team members where necessary Strong stakeholder management Current experience of Agile Development processes Information Security This position is within the defined scope of Plan-Net's Information Security Management System (ISMS). The post holder is responsible for being at all times compliant with Plan-Net's Information Security Policy and all other policies, processes and documentation which relates to information security within the Company as outlined in the Plan-Net Staff Manual.
