Overview
My client is in search of an experienced C++ Game developer to join a highly recognised games company in Kent. The C++ Game Developer will be responsible for helping them build great new features and take their already successful product in new directions. Skill-sets required: Commercial experience with Unreal Engine 4 / Unreal Engine 3 5 years of professional, industry, programming experience, with C style languages (C++/C#) Strong understanding of relevant areas of mathematics (discrete, linear algebra, etc.) A good knowledge of graphics, physics, animation, audio, and online systems Preferred (not essential): Degree in Game Development, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, or similar Familiarity with the architecture and constraints of current-gen hardware, and an appreciation of the opportunities and constraints of the next Experience in animation programming or support Knowledge of version control systems This job opportunity is offering up to £50,000 per annum DOE.
