About the Role We work with corporations, governments and law firms to meet legal, regulatory and investigative demands by leveraging our skills to enable our clients to more confidently govern, secure, find, analyse and rapidly understand their data in the context of compliance and risk. FTI Information Governance & Compliance Services ("IG&CS") practice is designed to help organizations better manage their information. Based on the Information Governance Reference Model, FTI Technology's IG&CS is a fast growing practice that has launched several consulting offerings designed to both minimize risk as well as reduce costs associated with the creation, use, production and disposal of information. When combined with FTI Technology's award winning software and range of experts around the globe in the area of eDiscovery, this practice provides great strategic value to FTI's clients. As IG&C is an emerging market, delivery of our services requires both high level strategic problem solving and meticulous attention to detail. What You'll Do Support delivery of advisory and managed services in the IG&C space for corporations and government entities. Lead technical workstreams across in IG&C engagements Lead technical deployment of diverse set of IG technology deployments Assess technology maturity and provide IG&C architecture recommendations, engaging with client technical & architecture teams Recommend technology approaches (solution design) to meet multiple stakeholder requirements across legal, privacy, records management, IT, and security stakeholders Advise clients on performance, scalability and technical considerations balanced by legal, regulatory and business requirements. Develop target operating models Conduct data assessments and remediation across large volumes of data Perform hands-on data remediation work on diverse data sources Be client service-oriented to meet client deadlines, including working out of business hours when necessary Responsible for day to day activities of engagements including interaction with other consultants, supervisors and client personnel Support Business development opportunities Qualifications and Experience: Excellent communication and client presentation and communication skills (verbal and written) IT Consulting or Management Consulting experience related to at least one of the following domains: Information Governance, Information Management, electronic discovery, records management, privacy, or information security Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including an understanding of how to interpret business requirements and translate them into application and operational requirements Enterprise Architecture and Global system integration Experience with global corporations involved in enterprise process improvement or change management involving use of technology 2:1 BA/BSc degree Computer Science, Engineering or similar Proficient in excel, tableau or similar and able to manipulate data effectively Self-developer that demonstrates an ability to solve complex problems with well thought out innovative solutions Provide superior client service in demanding, deadline-driven situations Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and support the team's goals above individual goals Minimum 5 years business experience Ability to think clearly under pressure Strong logical reasoning skills Strong attention to detail with focus on quality of work. Ability to travel when required Appreciation of working across a diverse European geography and in a global environment Preferred Skills: Information Governance and/or Privacy/Security Experience Experience with machine learning methods Experience with tools such as IBM Atlas, Exterro, StoredIQ, Ringtail, Clearwell, EnterpriseVault, SourceOne, Recommind, Kazeon, Optim Experience in IT Advisory & Technology Enablement Outstanding analyticsal and probvl;em solving skills Experience in client facing roles.
