Overview
Our client is a rapidly expanding national Wealth Management firm, and are looking for someone that enjoys the challenges of managing people. Due to a rapid influx of new business, they are now building a new team within their well-established Central London office, so are looking for a Team Leader/Supervisor to come on board to help with this. You will be joining this firm at an exciting time as they expand their client capability and national reach. They will consider someone with previous staff management experience, regardless of the number of staff managed. The role will initially be to help recruit and bond a team of new staff that have not typically worked within Wealth Management before. Once the team has been established, you will take an active part in their initial training and development and then implement personal development plans and ensure each member of staff stays on track. Using state of the art technology, specifically developed for the firm, your team will be providing a high quality of service to a very broad range of new and existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a number of year’s experience within Wealth Management and covered a broad range of products with specific emphasis on Pensions and Investments. In addition to this, you should have previously supervised or managed staff and achieve job satisfaction in watching them develop. Full on the job training will be provided to cover any gaps in product knowledge you may have and relevant industry exams are useful but not essential.
