Ruby, Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, React, Scala, AWS, Docker I am working with an amazing start-up company in their search for a permanent lead engineer to join their company. This company, based in Moorgate, work in a very niche space and are looking for experienced engineers to assist them in driving their business forward. They have an excellent office space, with a floor dedicated to their passionate tech team. The atmosphere is excellent and their office culture is energetic, exciting and innovative. They have won multiple awards for great place to work several years running They are looking for someone that has extensive experience working with Ruby and also have commercial and business acumen to help to drive the business forward Key Skills: Leading a small team of engineers Ruby Experience (4 years) Excellent engineering practices Excellent communication and team work skills In this role you will be working on customer based products working in an Agile environment, following engineering best practices. They work with very interesting tech including – Ruby, Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, React, Scala, AWS, Docker What’s in it for you?
