Overview
Our client, a City Brokers, is looking for a Claims Broker/Technician to join a team of 9 in their International Division. We need someone with 2-4 years relevant experience within the Lloyds market -this is essential. The size of claims could be up to £2-3 million and the lines of business you will be involved with include Group PA/Medical/Cargo/Commercial Property, mainly Middle East . This role will cover the full range of duties you would expect from the production of new claims files, reviewing and assessing, highlighting any potential issues to Brokers prior to going to Underwriters, negotiating with underwriters, attorneys and clients on complex claims and challenging underwriters where appropriate. You will also be reconciling funds and accounts, producing accurate and quality correspondence, and attending client meetings when necessary. We are looking for someone confident and professional with the relevant Lloyds market insurance experience to join this team. Salary £30,000 This position is available to start immediately
