Contract Manager - Fire - Social Housing - About The Client: Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a well-established housing association who are looking to appoint a Contract Manager - Fire, on an interim contract for 3-6 months based in the Merseyside area. Contract Manager - Fire - Social Housing - About The Role: Monitor the delivery of the Fire Safety function including the management of relevant contracts to ensure full compliance Support as the lead advisor for Fire Safety Report on compliance contracts, implementing the appropriate performance framework for each contract Analyse, assess and interpret risk assessment recommendations for high level risks Plan, schedule and oversee the effective and timely programme of Fire Safety inspections, repairs and risk mitigation activity Commission work from both internal colleagues and external contractors Contract Manager - Fire - Social Housing - What You Need : In depth knowledge of Fire Safety and RRO within Social Housing You will have excellent stakeholder management skills with a track record of building strong working relationships Able to manage contracts, budgets and have a clear understanding of risk management and compliance Ideally you will also hold a relevant fire safety qualification
