Otis is currently recruiting for a Service Contract Sales Consultant (fixed term contract). The main goal of this role is to provide a dedicated and focused approach to the timely conversion of newly installed equipment onto maintenance contracts outside of the national accounts; work with National Customer Executives to ensure that key account conversion opportunities are realised; work with the New Equipment teams to develop an accurate view of current future opportunity; and develop New Installation Service sales pipeline to achieve a minimum 80% conversion ratio. As a Service Contract Sales Consultant (FTC), you will: Maintain 100% adherence and compliance to Otis / group policy and procedures with respect to core absolutes: Safety, Ethics and Financial Control. Actively promote and implement, both internally and externally, Otis' safety and environmental policies. Identify all new equipment conversion opportunity within the core group. Validate accuracy of current New Installation Service data and accurately quantify opportunities. Work closely with New Equipment teams to identify opportunities for improvement in this process (a key output from this objective will be an early-flag "in construction" outlook on forthcoming opportunity) Develop standard approach to New Installation Service conversion (sales collateral/proposition) which ensures that all opportunities are bid and followed up prior to completion of the free service period. Support the New Equipment sales teams with maintenance pricing that may form part of a New Equipment bid. To be successful in this role you will: Need grades A-C GCSE (or equivalent) English and Mathematics Skills Have experience in a fast-paced, customer focused organisation Be an experienced user of MS Office Full UK driving licence What can we offer you?
